General Information

·       Field opens at 8am. Captains/Coaches meeting at 8:30

·       Tents are to be set up along the fence line.

o   Please do not set-up in front of the garage doors on the building near field 1.

o   Field 1 is the field closest to the stadium

·       Water will be available in between the fields.

·       Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks will be for sale by the SaberCats.

·       Due to power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl, there will not be food available on site.

o   There are a number of restaurants close that we can direct individuals.

·       Referee abuse will not be tolerated.

o   If a referee complains to a tournament official about an individual’s behavior, that person will be given a warning and if a second complaint is brought they will be told to leave the tournament.

o   If a referee complains to a tournament official about a team’s behavior toward them, that team will be told to leave the tournament and forfeit all remaining matches.

Premier/TOLA Bracket Information

·       This bracket is run as a Hybrid as mandated by RRRC.

o   Seeding is based on previous tournament results.

·       Please have a roster filled out with CIPP numbers for RRRC official to check prior to your first match. Roster template is available here.

·       Rules and regulations will follow those posted by RRRC 7s, available here.

Men’s Social Bracket Information

·       This bracket will be run with unlimited roster size and unlimited player movements.

·       Every player must be CIPPed.

·       This is a social tournament so please have fun.

·       Cards will be handled as following:

o   Hard Red:

§  Person loses participation privileges. This can be elevated to dismissal/escorted from tournament grounds if infraction warrants such action (such as referee abuse or physical violence)

o   Soft Reds (2 yellows):

§  Person sits the rest of the match and a meeting will need to be had after the match between the referee and a tournament official to decide if more suspension is warranted.

o   If a player receives three yellows during the day they will lose participation privileges.
